The Collection — Autumn/Winter Edit
An edit of approximately forty pieces — luggage, weekenders, briefcases, and small leather goods — produced each season from a single Oltrarno workshop. Every bag is cut, stitched, and stamped with the maker's initials by one of fourteen artisans.
Categories
Step into the Collection by what you carry. Each category is built around one signature piece and the supporting forms we cut alongside it.
Carry-ons, cabin trunks, and checked cases — built to be checked, repaired, and inherited.

Wallets, card sleeves, passport holders, belts, key fobs — pieces cut from the same hides.

Eight pieces in production this season. Each carries a numbered production card traceable to the hide, the artisan, and the day it left the bench.

Provenance
Vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, 1.4–1.8mm, aged 60 days before cutting. Sourced from three generational tanneries within 80km of the workshop.
Via dei Serragli 47r, Florence. Fourteen artisans and four apprentices, all on the same floor. Carbon-neutral since 2018.
Each bag is hand-cut, hand-stitched and stamped with a single artisan's initials. Average construction time: 18 hours.
Covering stitching, hardware and frame failure — honored on every piece ever sold, including orders from the 1974 archive.
Bespoke
The bespoke program takes a single commission at a time. You speak with Chiara Valigiero Rosse and the assigned artisan directly — by WhatsApp, throughout construction. Six weeks from deposit to delivery.
Direct to Owner
Sold direct-to-owner with no retail markup — which is why a Valigiero Rosse weekender typically costs 40–55% less than comparable Florentine houses at retail, and outlasts four department-store alternatives at year twenty.
